Stefan Davis Obituary, MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, Fla. — Stefan “Legend” Davis, a well-known Bahamian artist recognized for his distinctive airbrush artwork and contributions to the creative local area in The Bahamas, has passed away following injuries sustained in a serious vehicle collision in Miami-Dade County, Florida, on Wednesday, September 2, 2026.
Per to law enforcement, deputies were conducting a traffic stop when 21-year-old Luis Manuel Perez allegedly fled the scene. The fleeing vehicle later crashed near Northwest 51st Terrace and Northwest 33rd Avenue, striking multiple vehicles, including the vehicle in which Davis was traveling.
Davis was transported to Jackson Memorial Hospital’s Ryder Trauma Center in critical condition following the collision. He later lost his life from his injuries. Officials continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the crash and the events that preceded the collision.
Beyond the circumstances of his death, Davis was widely recognized in The Bahamas for his artistic talent and his work through Airbrush Junkies, a creative business known for customized airbrush artwork on clothing and other items.
